Motivation

I finally faced it. I am fat. Not left-over from pregnancy you will still recover fat. I mean really, I need to diet, exercise and exercise self-discipline kinda fat! So I set my goals and started preparing for my upcoming test of will. I went out and got myself a really good diet book that explained all of these  new fangled diets and what was really the best “diet” out there. Answer: “everything in Moderation” and not more than 1700 calories per day.

Ok. Check! Got that! No over eating. Eat in small portion. Eat only when Hungry. Drink LOTS of water. Exercise of course. Honestly: I knew I had my work cut out for me because I love to eat! and I don’t know how I’ll squeeze in exercise.

Today: It wasn’t hard to watch what I eat. I had to rush off without my breakfast and when I got to the office, didn’t feel like eating. By the time lunch came around I was starving! I eagerly opened up my lunch box and bit into the hungarian sausage in it. Crruuunch! What was that? EEE! GROSS! There was a tooth in the sausage. No more appetite for lunch.

I am still hungry…I think I’ll go find a snack at mini-stop
